Loft Country Christmas welcomes you to an experience that captures the excitement of the wild west and the joy of Christmas. This family-friendly Christmas event will have something for everyone, from our live carousel, Santa rides, bumper cars, carnival games, live shows, food, and more.

Loft Country Christmas is a family-friendly Christmas entertainment event set in the old west. Come and enjoy our many live interactions from our live carousel, Santa rides, bumper cars, carnival games, live shows, food, and more.


What dates is Loft Country Christmas open?

We are open starting Nov 22nd until Dec 30th

*closed for Dec 24th & Dec 25th and closed on Monday’s and Tuesday’s.


Are there activities for kids?

Yes! We have several activities for the children, from Santa sleigh rides, bumper cars, carnival games, live entertainment shows, and even a real-life carousel with horses!


How much are tickets?

12.64 per adult (13 years +)

9.34 per child & seniors (Children are ages 4-12 + Seniors are 65+ )

Family of Five (2 adults + 3 children) $38.45

Children 3 and under are free!

Pricing above includes fees.

Is this event stroller and wheelchair friendly?

Our parking and outdoor space are composed of gravel while the remaining of our site is either gravel or grass. This could be challenging for smaller wheeled strollers and wheelchairs.

*Free entry for caregivers accompanying their patient.


Is this event pet-friendly?

Service dogs only. As much as we love animals, not all of our animals get along with others.


How long should I expect to stay at Loft Country Christmas?

We would encourage you to allow approximately 2 hours to see all Loft Country has to offer and to enjoy all of our activities.


What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 5pm-9pm. Your ticket is valid for any of these times!


Can I come to a different night than my ticket says?

As we have a limited amount of space available each night, we cannot guarantee you a night for which you have not purchased a ticket.

However, if we have the available space, tickets for upcoming events will be permitted. Please contact us in the event you would like to switch dates so that we can properly accommodate you!


Do I have to print out my ticket, or can I show it on my mobile device?

Either is acceptable! Just show our staff members the ticket receipt on your device to confirm your purchase.


I am having difficulty purchasing my ticket.

If you are having difficulty purchasing your ticket, you may email [email protected] for assistance. We also will be selling tickets at the door!


Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you may transfer your ticket to a friend! However, we do not authorize any ticket refunds. The individual taking your ticket may give the name that was used for the purchase of the ticket.


Help! I never received confirmation of my ticket!

If you did not receive a confirmation email of your ticket purchase, please contact [email protected] for assistance.


What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds of ticket purchases. If you are unable to attend the date your ticket is valid for, we will allow you to arrive on a different day. Please contact [email protected] to make this arrangement.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Most of our attractions and activities are held under covered areas. However, many of these covered areas are still open outdoors, so be sure to dress warm!


Can I bring in food or drinks?

No outdoor food or drinks are allowed.


Are there alcoholic drinks available?

No alcoholic drinks are served at Loft Country, but our Specialty Hot chocolates are amazing!


What happens if it rains?

Loft Country Christmas runs rain or shine. While you won’t avoid the outdoors altogether, most of our main attractions are indoors or under covered areas.


How should I dress for Loft Country Christmas?

Dress warm and according to the weather. There are lots of covered areas, but you still have to walk outdoors to get to each attraction and explore Loft Country Christmas.


Will we see Santa Clause?

Absolutely! You can join Santa or Mrs. Clause on his horse-drawn carriage or catch him strolling through Loft Country Christmas.

*note: there is a fee of $5 for the horse-drawn carriage.


How old do the kids have to be for bumper cars?

You need to be 48 inches tall to ride the bumper cars.


What food is available on site?

We will have lots of tasty food from sweet to savoury!

Will there be atm’s available?

There will not be ATM’s available at Loft Country Christmas. We will, however, have Square available so you may pay with a credit card or debit card on site. Cash is not necessary but encouraged.


Is this a cash-only event?

We will be accepting cash, debit, or credit card for your convenience! Cash is not necessary but encouraged!


Tickets are no longer available for the night I want to attend – do you accept at-the-door entry?

Yes! We will have a limited amount of tickets available to be purchased at the door. However, this is on a first-come-first-serve basis, therefore, there is no guarantee of entree.
